Gotta Love Those Jappo Nutters, But...

Went out for a bit of a drive just now as have company arriving shortly and will probably end up quite drunk!

The roads are quite empty even at this time, and as I was heading towards the M3 (spur road off the Hogsback (A31) coming out of Guildford, if anybody knows) a souped-up hatch of some description (Primera GTi, probably, although I wasn't really trying to work it out - Was busier making sure I didn't drive too close!) followed me, and we took it in turns booting it past eachother. Of course, I absolutely p*ssed on him ( ) even in my humble G-Limited but it was a hell of alot of fun!

A little further on at some traffic lights I was sat waiting, with no other traffic about, so when the lights changed I decided to launch, drag style (). Off I went and was flat-out along an empty bit of motorway when I noticed some flashing in my rear-view mirror from something approaching very fast.

About two seconds later I was passed by a...




McLaren SLR doing what I can only guess to be in the region of 140mph!!! On public roads!!! He pulled off at the next slip road (under max braking!) and gave a flash of the hazards...

Nice to know good fun can still be had!
