RX7 phase one convertible

Anyone know what i should look out for on one of these i've had some advice on the later RX7 but not these, anything to watch out for?

Just spotted one on autotrader in black and fell in love despite it being an auto

canu get a manual Twin Turbo?

was looking for a 944 but this looks bargain of the century for below £3k

so what are the cons?
