Try pulling away in 4th in low box. If you've got 4L and 4H but no other gears then (I think) it's a shaft thats broken - it was with mine. It was one of those annoying jobs - cheap part but loads of labour to change.

Edit: Sorry - just re-read in your post that you'd tried all gears! Probably not the same problem that I had
