Difference between these exhausts (Greddy Ti)

Hi guys,

Putting down a deposit on an RX7 next week and starting to plan the upgrades for it already.
I wish to put a titanium exhaust on the car as I think they look pretty cool.

I am a little confused with these exhausts, does anyone know the difference between them and possibly the reason why one is £500 more than the other.

Ones called titanium, the other is actually made of titanium and weighs 5.5 kgs less.

Is there any UK people that stock this? Hell even if its £800 I will be still saving money.
