mr2 help needed please

does anyone know where i can get a mk1 mr2 knock sensor? im getting that error code up and the car dosnt run right, so first port of call is to change it but cant find one anywhere :/

so iv changed the knock sensor for a new one, and same problem when i read the code it still comes up knock sensor
but the engine dosnt seem to be knocking and actually runs fine just as if its not a supercharger.
Any one got any advice? is it worth removing the knock sensor from the engine and running the car see if its any better or is it too risky?

Would you not need to reset the ECU for the code to go away?
