Super or turbocharging a gt86 on PCP / lease ?

Hypothetically speaking, would it be feasible / sensible, are there any conditions in contracts that forbid you from doing it ?
I'm assuming of course that you give the car back in ahem *almost* the same condition you got it in.
I don't know if the kits normally require drilling oil feeds or returns, and whether the dealer would notice.
I'm playing with the thought of getting one at some point but would never pay the asking price upfront, and I would probably want to improve the torque curve.
