traction control light

hi since putting new discs and pads front and rear on 05 avensis the traction control light and vsc light keep coming on . they go off when ignition is turned off but come on after about 10 miles. worse if its raining. is there a switch or wire i could have loosend when doing brakes. any help welcome. thanks.

I believe its usually the same wire that does the ABS.
I.e. the only electrical lead that goes into the brakes.
