I was told that there have been some ecu failures on the HR models , usually develop as part of high tickover.

Time to see a specialist rather than Nissan i feel someone like Abbey Motorsport or Horsham Developments

1st rule of zed ownership is: never take it to Nissan.

Use Abbey, Kaiser, Horsham or Cougar if any of them are located near you. Failing that, an Inifiti dealership, then a Nissan HPC, last resort a boggo Nissan dealer.

Sorry to go off topic, but as the mentioned specialists are all equidistant from me; what would be
your order of preference?
My car (350z) will need a P3 service in a few months

Abbey is normally very busy but Kaiser and Horsham know the 350z VERY well, so you'd be good with any of those.
