Apart from this website are there any other web sites that are good place to sell Imprezas ? I have a P1 and I really ought to sell it to make way for a newer car for my wife.
I am going to try autotrader but there might be test pilots. Is there an Impreza/Subaru market place web site?
Cheers
Gary

bbs.scoobynet.co.uk is very busy, but the advert will need looking after if you don't want it to fall off the first page each day. Avoid adding anything but details about the car to the ad, if you advertise it as 'the best Impreza for the UK' etc etc it's just a red flag to all the import guys to come and hijack your post. There is one being advertised at ard £14k now though...and since it;s a busy board people are very sensitive to pricing...everyone has a story about how they saw one yesterday at £3k less than yours yadda yadda..just put up an honest ad with a good price though and cars do sell there.

Thats cos most people over price their cars but also mine has done 85K on an X reg. But is in vvvv good condition and miles are motorway. It has the esentials as well eg 330mm prodrive brake upgrade.
A dealer had a car like mine recently - same age, lower spec and same miles for £17995. Lets assume they sold it for £17K. Then I guess that makes mine about right v's a dealer ie you save £4.5K but you dont get a dealer warranty that covers nothing and will never save you £4.5K !
