Fed up wiht the bloody boot lid hitting ne on the back, I need a pair of struts.

Any recommendations ?

Ive seen these - anyone used them ?

Thanks, good site, but I dont really fancy dropping £120 on a pair of boot struts this close to xmas.

I've had a pair of generic SGS gas struts supporting the bonnet of my Corolla since April 2009 and not had any problems with them.

From memory (when I was a CCUK member and put a veil side spoiler on my gen7) RS Components were the cheapest and most reliable struts.

Sgs engineering at £18 a side and they are really good.Toyota want about £55 a side!
