R32 Wheels

Just bought some Mickey Thompson drag tyres for the TVR. They came on R32 wheels, are the worth anything. I am going to put them on Ebay, but don't know their value.

If they are the proper forged GTR wheels (16x8j et30) I might be interested.

What condition are they in?
Is it a set of 4 or just a pair?

This set sold recently on the GTR forum for £250 and they were in excellent order:

If in good nick without tyres worth £80-120 (8jx16 et30)They generally go for around £250-300 for a set with used but legal tyres.

Just to add the set advertised on ebay @ £375 has been on there for years, literally! so many people overprice wheels on ebay as they don'e seem to know the actual value.

Some joker was asking £1k for a set of r34 gtr wheels the other day!

Just a pair same as the first one's. Look to be in good condition.

16x8 et30s are R32GTR and forged mag - nice and light - Originally gunmetal.I'd pice them up at about 80 quid without tyres.
However, R32GTSTs came with very similar wheels which were 16x7 IIRC, and heavier cast alloy. Worth a lot less. Originally silver. I think both sets have the specs around the centre.

If they have the centre caps, you can ask a bit more for GTRs - they have some amazing Japanese/english hybridisation on them, proudly proclaiming that 'We produced with spartan air'

That's a shame, I think I'll hold out for a set of 4. Thanks anyway.
