Been talking to my local dealer on buying a new civic - the new 1.6 i-DTEC

The combined mpg of 78.5 has a real appeal to me averaging 45 miles per day = big savings over my 34mph freelander

Test drove one and were blown away with the impressive pick up.

The config I want is not in stock anywhere and there is a question as to if they are making any more 2013 models as apparently 'changes' are afoot.

Does anyone know the extent of these changes and is there any leaks as to when it may hit the street

Had seen the yuk sadan pics thx

Have read they are likely to be minor refinements following the recent big change but were wondering exactly what & when

People moan about bland "st boxes". The FN and current Civic are far from bland and people still moan.

Ive got one and it never does less than 62 mpg. Torque is awesome. I do all kind of mileage, stop start, mway etc. Zero road tax too. I like the looks, handling is excellent. Looked at everything else: golfs, bmw etc ...no brainer, soo much cheaper, great residuals and bomb proof build quality- check out the warranty stats! I rest my case

Hello mate, the civic 2014MY will have subtle visual changes the dealers have been told, also the model line up is changing slightly to follow the same grades as the CRV; S,SE,SR,EX. Honda are very tight lipped at the moment on time scales but I have advised my customer to expect Jan delivery. From what ive seen hang on for the visual changes as it will sharpen the civic up to look more premium.
