I get the odd funny look when I get out of my car. I have ten years on you and have a GT86.

FWIW I think the 'classic' TVRs like the Griff are perceived as old gits/old farts cars by many.

All I would do is change the wheels for more classy ones then there is no problem.

If you remember the Supra was never for youths. It was meant to be Toyota's 911.

Most importantly STOP thinking what people think of you. If it feels good for you do it.
A weird affliction that plagues this country -_-

Looks a stunning Supra, if you can keep on to it- do so.

I know exactly what you mean. I'm 41 and have a subaru impreza type r. All the time i think its bloody wains running around in these old scoobs now. Usually with very poor driving. This has been on my mind for some time. I was thinking of selling and going for a tvr or a 996, something a bit more "grown up"

But i know i will regret it so, so far i'm sticking with the subaru and i know in years to come they will be appreciating classics like old fords are nowadays.

So, if you don't need to sell hang onto it.

Got a Griff as a summer car, 5 years now and its a keeper, daily used to be a modded wrx wagon, and at late 40's I kinda decided I wanted something less, might possibly have been an age decision even though I thought it wasn't, drive a Lexus now, comfy as hell ....miss the scoob though.

Keep the supra.

Not saying it's right, but the same issues apply don't they?
