All the time, more noticeably when cold and in lower gears around 2-3k rpm.
Just don't know what it could e...
Replaced maf and plugs.
Rev gauge doesn't move smoothly and replicates the missing by jumping a few hundred revs on the way up. Also car bounces on the way down when decelerating...

Tps. Guessing you've changed cap arm etc since you've replaced the maf already?

which primera?

I've hear timing chain tensioners cause missfire, and by the time people have worked out what was causing it, its dead engine time.

It happend to 2 people I know. On the previous Primera

I'd check the tensioners - Like I said I had a close mate go thru the same thing, chasing an electrical cause for the problem.

Pretty sure it wasn't a 2 ltr but i'm assuming the 2ltr is still chain. Expensive if it eventually jumps a tooth. (which his did in the end)

Don't know to be honest. It would be for me, but my mate was a competent amatuer - but his died before it was diagnosed so he didn't get the chance to fix it.
