But you'd have to pay another 2k to remove that hidious body kit and redo the lights back to pop-ups! Although I do like the yellow color

That can't be right, that's unusually cheap given the age and spec? Plus it's an RS-R, and there's only two in the country (I have the other one...) Average price for a '98 RX is about 11-12k...

...and gone!

Gary's yellow beastie is a great car and it's new owner should be really happy with it. Hopefully he'll get the black beast up an running now!

£5k was very cheap I've seen it many times (and been left in it's dust - very quick). It's done ~20k since rebuild (with ceramic tips) and was built by Carl Hayward who knows his engines!

The yellow one on the page is owned by a bloke called John and may not be up for sale. It has quite a kit on it - not as in your face as some veliside stuff but not everyone's cup of tea. Looks stunning up close though and is very fast (biggish single turbo and charge cooler rather than intercooler). It's had a decent amount of money thrown at it!

I think ~8k, poss 8.5 at the mo - there seems to be a lot of rex's on the market at the mo. A lot seem likely to be dogs though but it's depressed the price for decent ones too.

The winter cull should help a bit though.
