I've had five or six but it's taking me ages to go through photobucket. One yellow 7, one black 7, a silver 5, black 8, silver 8, yellow 9, blue 9. So yeah, seven hehe

Here's mine in the rain - where it is in its element.

The car is now on 103,000 miles! I still have no idea what to replace it with.

Lovely examples all round. Shame most of you are saying the word "old"- why did you get rid of it and what did you get instead?

I changed it for a Porsche Turbo S.

There were a few reasons but whilst I personally liked the "in yer face" Rally Replica look, there was no denying it got a fair bit of negative attention from almost everyone (apart from a few neds who thought it was really cool smile ) I also got a bit fed up with the 6 month service intervals which were more hassle than anything else. By contrast the Porsche was subtle and had a 2 year service interval. Almost boringly sensible. smile

Fun to drive for 15 minutes , became tedious on long trips ie over 50 miles , annoying fuel range 160miles or so , bit tinny and "cheap" feeling , amazing appetite for expensive parts and surprisingly fragile

Plus you can only really play with them properly on track

Still miss it though when i'm tearing down a twisty country road frown
