Is This one of the Top Gear days? I'm going to the Knockhill one next week. Invited by my dealer. Can't wait.

I went yesterday and the GT86 is incredibly good fun.

I have to admit I was expecting it to feel a bit slow and although there were a couple of points on the circuit where I felt more power would have made a difference (a couple of uphill corner exits at most) it really didn't. At no other point during the event did I even think about the numbers as I was too busy enjoying driving it.

Very impressive car and a credit to Toyota for chasing the driving experience rather than the numbers. Now if I could just convince myself it wasn't cruel to put my daughter in the back seats I'd be very very tempted.

Any number of charities willing to take unwanted children into care. If you're considering the Toyota for long term then adoption, if just for a year or two maybe fostering?
You know it makes sense. biggrin

My neighbour works for Toyota has the GT86 TRD at the moment very nice car. Has it White which really suits. Will be at the meet tonight with him if you want to take a look ;-)

I don't think I'd give her away. Maybe I could get a few quid on Ebay - only two previous owners, not particularly thirsty, etc. These days people are too focussed on emissions though which might knock the price down!

I am pleased you enjoyed the GT86.

I had mine for 5 months and I grin everytime I get in it

It is fun to drive and i am not bothered with the traffic light grand prix situations because on any twisty road it is great
