GT-86 Test Drive at Oulton Park
Discussion
I went yesterday and the GT86 is incredibly good fun.
I have to admit I was expecting it to feel a bit slow and although there were a couple of points on the circuit where I felt more power would have made a difference (a couple of uphill corner exits at most) it really didn't. At no other point during the event did I even think about the numbers as I was too busy enjoying driving it.
Very impressive car and a credit to Toyota for chasing the driving experience rather than the numbers. Now if I could just convince myself it wasn't cruel to put my daughter in the back seats I'd be very very tempted.

I don't think I'd give her away. Maybe I could get a few quid on Ebay - only two previous owners, not particularly thirsty, etc. These days people are too focussed on emissions though which might knock the price down! nicholasshaw said:

I had mine for 5 months and I grin everytime I get in it
It is fun to drive and i am not bothered with the traffic light grand prix situations because on any twisty road it is great
