If you want it done in the UK speak to Craig at dynotorque, I think it's tinker27 on here,
Otherwise have a look on www.norotors.com the most popular subframe seems to be samberg performance, can be found on that forum. Also you can get an idea about Hinson & grannysspeed subframes on there too.

I have a DynoTorque conversion in my car and I love it. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Mine has an LS3 with a tr6060 gearbox, both out of a 2010 Camero SS.
I use it predominantly as a road car so have kept all the interior, stereo etc, but have done lots of track days (about 14 last year) and the car has never missed a beat.
I am surprised just how fast it is on track. It will keep with a well driven 997 GT3, which is no mean feat.
I have also taken it to the south of France twice, both times no problems.

That's interesting, I didn't realise they could be that fast.I'm currently doing this conversion myself, but with an LS6.
Bladez, out of interest do you have an oil cooler set up on yours?

Build thread of a DynoTorque built FD, all the info you would want I would think. Started with an LS2 and T56 'box, progressed to a brand new LS3 and TR6060 that makes a little more power than Bladez one

Dredging up a thread here... but this bit is interesting to me.I have also taken it to the south of France twice, both times no problems.
Have often contemplated a V8 RX7, but it would be as a road (& occasional trackday) car.
How was it on the long continental jaunt!?
Which makes it sound bad, but it isn't really. The standard seats are hugely comfortable, and I've done 1900 miles in four days once in mine without any aches.
I have full interior with uprated stereo and dynamat etc. Its possible to drown out the engine with that, but you'll deafen yourself. Just treat the [amazing sounding] engine as a background noise and as accompaniment to whatever music you play. There's no denying, they are noisy.
The heat is the issue. Fine on a run, but once you get stuck in a traffic jam just once, the car gets hot inside and never really cools down.
I get 25mpg on a run due to my huge 6th gear (278mph). Thats down to the Viper diff, a 3.08.
My failed attempts at getting aircon working continue. Haven't really bothered with it this year.

good to know... cheers for the info.
what's the issue with gettign the AC working? fitting it all in the engine bay, or electrical gremlins?
Where to start...what's the issue with gettign the AC working? fitting it all in the engine bay, or electrical gremlins?
Electrically, its not rocket science. You just keep it separate from any ECUs and run the fans off the same switch that turns on the compressor (so they are on all the time once the AC is switched on). My issue has been getting a compressor modified to miss the frame rails (changing the rear housing) and having it not leak. Clueless 'fitters' have not helped (which is what I call people who have the job title of 'technician' but when you show them something out of the ordinary, they look confused and start asking where the thimgs they see on production cars are - it turns out they don't know how aircon works at all, they just plug one machine into a valve and when its not there...they are lost).
There's no reason why it shouldn't work now; I have a brand new compressor from the US, brand new condenser and fans (from some random production car), brand new piping far above the level needed for aircon, brand new expansion valve from Japan, new dryer, new....
I've never switched it on since the last effort as it was all done in winter, and I've hardly used the car this year because of work on my house eating all available funds. But the last time anyone was in the engine bay they saw green stuff. So its leaking again. See the build thread linked above, page 23, for more aircon stuff.
I'm based in birmingham and have done 16 FDs with v8s nearly all different specs from stock ls1 to my 7.0L twin turbo 1000 bhp+ one . I can do you just the base fitting or the whole job , there is normally one of my customer about who would take you for a drive , they make a great car ,!! 01217530415 if you need anymore info
