Nissan micra k12 problems

My girlfriend has a Nissan micra 1.2s 2004 k12 it had the erratic idling problem so I had the timing chain replaced and it's still doing not idling right, the chain had definitely stretched so is there anything that could of been missed? Is the next step now the throttle body as I know this can also affect the car? If I buy one of eBay as opposed to spending £400 on a refurb is it just a straight swop?

Finally sorted, turns out it was the throttle body after spending £600 to have the timing chain replaced grrrrr although it had stretched a little but hadn't solved my problem, I bought a second hand throttle body of eBay for £40 as opposed to the £400 wanted to refurb mine and boom the car runs sweeter than ever, so I felt the need to reply to my thread incase anyone else searches the forum with similar issues maybe this will save them a few £££££.
