Ok

sorry about this, but i couldnt search the forums,

are there any companies that provide reasonable cover for Japanese cars!

im looking at an Rx7 (1995)
and also am considering a 1st generation car

Richard egger, quoted me 700+ for Rx7 fd
im 31, no claims in last 4 yrs, no points... I have 2 other cars i use.

will insurance companied consider an imported rx7 1st generation, as a 'classic'

thanks..!

I rang Classicline for my M3, but they insisted on the car being garaged an being over 30 - even though there are members on the M3 forum under 30. Never mind, I gave someone else my money instead.

ok so really good quotes

only rang 2:

classic line wil insure Rx7 fd, on drive for £366, garaged £298

peter best, garaged only £251

very happy with that. limited to 3000 miles, on an agreed value 'classic' policy.

i may try a couple of others
