I think most Aston owners don't think much of Porsches, same as Ferrari/Lambo owners not liking Astons, it's the way of the world so the type of person driving an AM probably won't want a Porsche.

Bit harsh, there are some awesome Porsches out there, including the 997 C2S. I wouldnt swap an aston for one though!

Of course it's always worth asking, I wonder why there are 997 C2's for the same price as AM Vantages out there. If the AM was automatically such a superior car, surely they'd be so much more expensive?

It's horses for courses guys, live and let live. Your cars are nice but they aren't 'better' than everything else.
