Hever Castle update

Have received word back from Hever with reference to our visit on June 26th.....
Dear Tony
Just following up on my email of yesterday. I have now had the chance of checking arrangements with our Visitor Manager just to clarify outstanding points:
She is happy for you to put your banner up on the morning of the visit when you arrive but not before please. We can offer photo opportunities at the beginning and end of the day. We will be ready to receive your cars from 9.30am for photos in front of the Castle until 10.15am. The Castle forecourt must be cleared at that time for safety reasons so all cars are back in the parking area before we open to the public at 10.30am. Again at the end of the day there will be a ¼ hour slot from 6.00-6.15pm before we clear the grounds for any remaining cars to have another photo opportunity.
I was hoping with everyone's agreement that we can raise some money for Charity.....was going to suggest , that if you want a photo shoot opertunity as above in those time slots a small fee of £3.00 should be charged and all funds donated to either the Hever Castle charity which i believe is Save the Children or to my Charity... Debra.....which helps children with skin disorders... www.debra.org.uk What are everyone's thoughts?
also if ok i would like to take voluntary donations at the gate.....at the end of the day a total amount raised will announced and sent of to charity...

No problemo with me Tony.
Think it should be a very memorable day.
A couple of quid for a worthy cause is neither here nor there.
Also I think we sometimes forget that they are also putting themselves out to accomodate us, so fair play to them.
