Yay, my baby's home!!

And looking better than new.

Totally insane how great it was to take her for a spin this eve. What is it about these cars?

My wheel is perfect, just wish my local dealer could have had as much faith in their outsource. Could have saved me a load of time, trouble, and money.

As I know others have mentioned the low speed wheel judder, I will report when I get round to reading the factory findings on this.

A very happy Di biggrin

Would be very interested in hearing the findings on the low speed judder which seem to be a design fault so please report (and don't kerb the wheel). My DB9 had the same but only during the initial seconds where the pressure buildt in the servo - the V12 seems to have it permanently. Maybe it needs a bigger more powerfull servopump (but then you maybe loose some of the directness in the steering). Anyway - I'll wait for the experts view before trying to sound too clever.

Low speed judder would more than likley be the floating disc's,if you brake gently Di does it go. If not then the ceramic disc's may need balancing , which i would expect Works should of done that , so fingers cross it will be fine.

It actually judders without the wheels turning just by the steering input so has nothing to do with brakes or discs but with the pressure in the system.

Apologies, perhaps I didnt explain very well. The judder I get is on right hand lock only, ie when reversing from drive and straightening onto the road. It doesnt occur on left lock.

Strangely it did happen again this morning, but not when I turned into my space at work. Both very similar manoeuvres.

I spoke with WS who said they will kindly take another look when I go up there for the V12V homecoming so I can fully describe/demonstrate the problem.

I have a similar thing when slow speed or stationary turning (although don't do a lot of that) - until now just accepted it as seemed to be most obvious when the car is cold.

I too will be at the V12 homecoming on the 17th so will be interested to see if others have it and feedback/suggestions from AM...
