Few pics of my purchase. Will be used as main but not sole daily driver ( 50 mile round trip). Came from E92 M3. First impressions were that V8V was slightly slower, harder ride, heavier clutch, heavier gears, mmm whats the fuss all about?
So one V8V month and a thousand miles later (and Fuse 22 extracted) what do I think?-would I want to go back? No, what a buzz just seeing the garage door rise every morning, then sit in it, smell the leather ( yes corny I know), start up - what a sound, and thats before it's even moved. Ride not hard, planted. Clutch not heavy, full of feel. Gears not heavy, direct. Feels really special, think I'm on a slippery slope towards a 4.7 - eventually.
Oh and just one more of definately not the alternative daily drive 1968 MGC (3L). And yes the wheels are a Br to clean.

Hi - I have a V8 vantage roadster and a mineral blue MGC!
Some coincidence toffee, not many V8V's about, a lot fewer MGC's and only handfulls of mineral blues I guess. Don't get much time to use mine though did have a great (baking hot) trip to Le Mans Classic in it last year. Just wish the remainder of my garage matched yours!
