Tony - saw your car in Rick's toilet yesterday - stunning vehicle but perhaps not at its best next to the cistern.

Quinny you've got yourself a veritable Green Goddess there. Enjoy...........

What colour is that - not sure I;ve seen that before.

How the hell did you get 27mpg? Did your sister tow you half the way?

The best I have ever managed, briefly, was about 22mpg. I think.

For the first 10k miles it very rarely saw much above 16mpg!

I now have 21mpg avg at 54mph showing on my trip computer biggrin

Hi - congrats on the purchase from someone who's picking his up next Thursday!

Is that the one from Sean Lockyear? If so you beat me to it by about an hour!

Love the colour combination...

Paul.

Fair play on your new purchase. A v8 in green is a rare thing indeed.

If you need any tips on polishing it up, just let me know. I'm Kent bound this weekend to see another happy chappy with his new v8.

You're right Tuscaneer.... I'm chuffed to bits...smile and so it seems are other folk who see it...... Drove through the next village along earlier today, and got a great reaction from a group of folk on the pavement as I drove by....smile

Also took 2 of my Griff owning mates out for a short drive, and both absolutely loved it...
smile

I've taken a few people who own nice cars out in mine who've said "but I thought these were meant to be slow"...

Have you sold the Griff? frown
