Quiet out there

Hi one and all, what is happening out there ? The sun is shining and it is Spring!

Who is going to Le Mans? If so with Aston or someone else . I would love to go plus the Wife is offering to pay for the fuel

Anyone local to Hereford going to the Morgan factory with AMOC?

Question:Is Mr. Bond using the new DBX in the forthcoming film? or is it to be a Bentley?

Are we all going to change our trusty V8's and V12's for turbo charged 6 cylinder Astons? They must be on the cards.

I am ecstatically pleased with my Aston, driving down our road today I met a neighbour in his Shogun. His wife leapt out and laid across the bonnet then begged to be taken for a ride. How good is that ?

Met a bloke on a tasty Ducati yesterday, had a bit of a play up a dual carriageway, stopped at some lights, he put his visor up and exclaimed in a broad Welsh accent " Bluddy Lovely" How good is that?

As the weather improves I'm meeting up frequently with him. Unfortunately I never met Oli Reed but I suspect my Aston could have won a drinking contest.

Is the DBX confirmed to be built? The DBX renamed to 1-77 http://www.leftlanenews.com/report-aston-martin-co... or a DB9 replacement??

It does sound more like a working name for the One-77. I don't think any of the DB range would be replaced with such power!

OK, cue furious name dropping. My one and only claim to fame (two claims actually) is that I spent an eve drinking with the guy in the Seychelles (I was very briefly involved with his female co star at the time - second claim). Well I say "drinking with" which implies I was keeping up - which I wasn't!! The eve deteriorated - or got much more entertaining depending on you view - when Olie slung another actor off a balcony in a punch up that has since become the stuff of legend. Spent some time in his company away from bars and a nicer guy you couldn't wish to meet.

I like to thing of our V12V as having a little bit of OR about it.
