On the Aston Martin stand the Virage looked really good considering it's an update of the DB9, but I have to say it worked.
For me the Vantage S was disappointing. I really wanted to like it, but the new wheels looked wrong. The machined polished section of the spokes made the wheels look to small for the car. I don't think the Blue colour really made the car look complete either. It will be interesting to see how it drives in a couple of weeks time.

No V12 Vantage on display either.

Most attractive and stunning design had to be the new Pagani.

Cheers,
Ian

V12V was inside the hospitality area where the public coudn't see it - pointless

I didn't experience any hospitality in there though!

Shocking customer care and a sad reflection of where the company is going.

The Vantage S wheels look best when the side of the spokes are darker (grey?) to the front polished section. Drove an S on Saturday at the local dealers and they had 2, one with the plain polished spokes on all surfaces and one with the darker sides with polished front facinng section and rims. Looks a whole lot better with some contrast. Should have photo'd both as a comparison.

You are spot on. It may be a subtle reworking of the DB9 but it works brilliantly and it is aesthetically a quantum leap ahead. It is absolutely the one to have between the 9, the Virage and the S, unless manual is critical to you.

Sorry to hear that the hospitality for customers wasn't good. Doesn't sound like the Aston of old.

Off topic, but is the plate on your profile pic the thing that's actually on the car?
