As I understand it you don't need to have a main AM dealer service history for the warranty. Having an Indy service should not invalidate it as long as you adhere to the service schedule. Rick (DMS) may be able to clarify.
correct......you do not need a main dealer service to maintain the warranty......the service plan is a waste of money.....dont do itdont do it, I signed up when collecting my car as they stated it was fully re-fundable so what the heck.
When I compared the 10% (maybe 15% saving, cant remember) to actual savings that customers had negotiated over the phone with main dealers I cancelled.
Good as their words though, cheque arrive a week later for the exact amount I'd given them.

Thanks for your replies
I won't do it. What should I expect to pay for a year 2 service where the car will have done 10k miles?
it depends on a number of things.......if your want a main dealer to service your car then they will try to charge you £600 to £1200 but all prices are negociable......if you spply your own mobil 1 oil then you can expect to save up to £300 from these prices.........or you could tryI won't do it.
