4.7 V8V specification changes since initial 2008 "2009 MY"

Apologies if this is covered elswhere but I can't find it...
I'm just beginning to look for a 4.7 V8V, and finances will probably dictate it'll be a couple of years old, but I was wondering what changes (if any) have ocurred during this model's life.
The main reason for asking is I don't want to test drive a brand new demonstrator and really like an aspect of the car, only to find it's different in one I might actually buy!
Looking through various sources I can't really find any obvious spec changes, although the sat nav on later cars seems to be described as "HDD based" although I thought they all were on 4.7s (not that it's any cop anyway!). And the latest cars all seem to have clear rear light clusters.
Anyway, any info greatfully received. Forewarned is forearmed, as they say!

The light clusters are about it, but they are easily retrofitted.
Mines one of the first 4.7's and the current standard cars (none S or N420) have all the same bits as standard including the HDD sat nav.
Anything else you see or decide you like on a demonstrator is an option probably one of the many added options.
