Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a reliable pricing source? i.e. How much is my car worth?

I have looked at parkers website, the classifieds on here and of course used car prices on dealer websites.

thanks

Josh

Yes, simple formula;

WBAC.COM X 2 = REAL VALUE

WBAC Just valued my Jag at more than a Jag dealer taking it in px (I realise when I get there they may know loads off) just worth pointing out

Of the 3 cars Im looking to buy one was 30% less than dealer asking and the other two 25% less - which is probably average

I'm confused, are you saying that you can buy cars for 25/30% less than dealer prices? Surely not....

Hi Josh,
To be honest the best place to find the 'real' value is Autotrader..
I tend to make a few calls on similar cars & find out what the selling price was, I have found people to be v helpfull.
Are you looking to sell a car privately or trade it ?

Josh - email me your reg and mileage and I'll Cap Black Book it for you. This will give a px value at poor, average and clean condition. It will also give a retail value.
This is the industry standard guide that dealers use and reflects the current Market place. It is far more accurate than parkers or autotrader.
Currently, used car values are strong with book values having actually risen for three consecutive months in a row.
