I am looking at a used V8V that has very high mileage (for a 1 year old car). When questioned about this the dealer said it was an ex AM evaluator car i.e. a car they did an extended road test on over a year to check all teh new parts and mods.
Does anyone have any experience with these kinds of cars?
Is there anything I should be carful/concerned about?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

if it is the road test car , you shouldn't have any problems....as Aston would have had to keep in tip top condition for testing , also before selling it would have had a complete overall....anyway if from a main dealer as it should be....you still have the 1 yr warranty ....so hassle free for a yr....only downside would be the re sale value...

.. all you need to know is that any evaluator/press car etc is going to have had a hard first year of its life. Make sure any consumables (clutch, brakes etc) are in good health and make sure its factored in to the price massively.
