Oh me of little faith!!

Having tried to arrange another SE meet and had a lot of last minute cancellations for various reasons, Tony and I decided to have a lie in, late breakfast and just pop out for a quick lunchtime drink thinking we would be stuck with our own company.

So what a great and somewhat embarrasing surprise to turn up at the Woodman late to see 9 Astons already there. So a huge thanks to all those who came for what I believe was an excellent meet.

This is turning out to be a really good mix of lovely people and enthusiasts, so I for one am really looking forward to some sun, dry roads, and more of such good company.

I was hoping to be another one of those surprise attendees but due to last minute engagements couldn't make it, fantastic to hear so many did though and look forward to the next one!

I confirm that it was a very pleasant lunch in good company - my first time so it was good to meet some fellow Aston owners.

Sorry froggie. Thought meet was a non starter so didnt take a camera. Will next time. There was a 74 V8 that I am sure you would have loved.
