manual DB9 gear change
Discussion
I recently had the 40,000 service conducted on my DB9 manual. It came back with a super smooth gear change. Two weeks later and the gear shifting has stiffened up significantly. Even when warm, frequently first gear is difficult to engage from standstill ie at lights and requires momentarily partially engaging third to free things up. This is much worse than it was pre-service.
Any ideas as to what is going on?
Thank you in advance.

It sounds like the linkage needs adjusting to me, had the same thing on my 4200GT.
I am interested in the outcome of this as I take possession of a manual DB9 in a couple of weeks and on the test drive it was a little recalcitrant getting into first. Talked to the dealers about it, but they see so few manual DB9s that they didn't have a lot to say about it...
