Great driving roads in the South-East

Anyone like to suggest some great driving roads in the South-East. Preferably ones in reasonable condition so we don't have to engage in too much pothole-dodging. Here's one to get started: It's the Camber road between Rye and Camber, which has some great hairpin bends that you can see all the way around, so ample opportunity for some tail-sliding!

I would usually advise contacting ncs on PH via the TVR forum as he has loads of great routes. I think, sadly, he is suffering at the moment but might be a good idea to ask others there like Pied Piper.
