Problem Locating Sat Nav DVD drive unit on V8 roadster

I'm having a real problem trying to find the DVD drive unit on my MY 2008 roadster. Car is in garage at moment (low roof) and I can't open the roof as a result. I'm sure I'm being a bit dim, as it is supposed to be behind the seats, but I can't find it ! (I can hear it when the car ignition is turned of) - can anyone tell me where it is ? thanks

You have to raise the roof halfway, and then there it is between the "humps".

Yep just lift the cover ~8" it is under neath it directly above the cubby hole between the seats.
BTW +MY09 cars have the hard drive version do the DVD is only used for updates.

A picture was v helpful ! all sorted now thank you. Though the wind deflector gets in the way when trying to take out the DVD and put it back, but not really a problem.

I agree, but my girlfriend won't let me above 30mph without it in...

I've just updated the DVD in my car. It has full postcode search now, but doesn't seem to be much of an improvement other than that.
