been away from the AM board for around a year over at the Italian section... Considering a move back here!
Last time around I had a 2006 V8V bought from a dealer right before the credit crunch hit. I sold that car at a big 18 months later.
Have prices on Aston's settled down now? My 1 year of Lambo ownership see's me selling the car for what I paid for it (nearly). I enjoy my cars a lot more when I am not being shafted by depreciation, so coming back to Aston do you think its settled down?
I am currently toying with the idea of an N420 vs used V12V vs used DBS !
I am leaning towards a V12V, do you think the examples around the £100k mark have a long way left to fall over the next year or two? I tend to only keep a car this long!
Cheers
Matt

I would agree they still have some way to fall but a further £40k implies that a 2.5yr old car will be worth £60k which is £90k under list or 33% retained value of RPP. Id be surpsied if they fall that much, but who knows...
Aston V12V lists at £135k and can be had with at least £5k discount and if it hold 50% of its value after 3 years when selling it will have done well! Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
