Following on from my puncture on Friday night, I have discovered that the alloy is cracked so I need a new one (19 inch, 7 spoke)

The main dealer has quoted me £868 to pick the car up and supply / fit a new rear alloy and tyre.

I have just shelled out nearly a grand last week on 4 new tyres so the thought of doing the same this week on 1 wheel doesn't exactly fill me with joy!

Before I push the button, does anyone know a cheaper source of alloys?

Cheers

eBay.

There are a few of the standard V8V alloys for sale for a lot less than that.

Legends - thanks a million

The single one on eBay looks a bit manky, so I have gone with the one from Aston Martin bits

I can get a tyre fitted for £260 all in, so saved myself over £400 thanks to you guys

Cheers

If you have any problems, remember it's a refurb that you're buying, then give me a shout. I've got four originals that were replaced during an upgrade to the sportspack that are mint that I'll be selling at some stage or another.

I still have my old set of alloys (standard 19", 7 spoke ones). They are in perfect condition and are sitting at Rick's in Derby if you fancy them. (he will vouch for the condition - he swapped them for me when I upgraded to the new 5 spoke ones)
I am only looking for £700 for all 4.
