insurance

Hi, I am starting to get insurance quotes for my new V8V. Does anyone have any experience or had dealings with a company called Hiscox? Or any other recommendations. I have also had quotes from Adrian Flux and Nowell and Richards. Cost is not the main consideration, basically I am after reassurance. I would really appreciate any help or advice.

Didn't realise Hiscox did motor insurance

I have home insurance with them and I work with them in a business capacity - they are a very good company, but tend to be slightly more expensive that others. They are also more likely to pay out the claim.

Hiscox, via their Lloyd's syndicate or insurance company, are a well regarded insurer. The others are brokers.

Hiscox can be had through Aplan. I've gone though Aplan for the last 4 years and they have always got me a good price and peace
of mind regarding repair work.

I've had two home insurance claims with them and they've been brilliant, so if their car division is as good you've no worries.

I used Nowell & R.
Very helpful, very quick with the docs and blew the other quotes I had out of the water!
