V8V Roadster - Flashing Engine Management Light

Mmm, so at first I thought the engine management light in my car flashed when I had the battery charger plugged in. However, went to check my baby was ok today and no key in the ignition, no battery charger plugged in but the engine management light flashes once every minute or two......anyone any ideas?

Hi Rick,

It's the Check Engine light - Amber (looks like a picture of the drive train and is located above the needle for the speedo to the top right side of the battery light) It's a bit weird as it flashes when I am not driving the car, with no keys in the ignition. Probably flashes every 2 mins or so. To be honest I've not had the car long and have been travelling a bit so not able to drive the car that much but so far I have not seen this when driving but it's such a brief flash it might be that I missed it!

Double checked on my little drive out in the dark last night and this thing really does only seem to happen when the ignition is off......will let the dealer know and ge tthem to take a look as I have only had it a few weeks.
