So the Mrs just took delivery of a California and its putting my DBS volante to shame in the exhaust note stakes during low revs. I'm still looking the nuts wink I really have to get the DBS over 4000 rpm to hear the growl of the V12 and the exhaust open up it actually affects my driving style being more agressive etc. I had a quicksilver on my 9 and it was nice although a it did take away some of the long distance joy from the car. I'm guessing most will. The larini clips on youtube make the car sound like a racy v8 in my opinion so I'm not sure about that, anyone rocking around with a sports exhaust to give me an opinion before I buy!! Answers ASAP -its killing me!!!!!

Take the bafles out and open the valve - different car pop burbles and bangs ...and sounds great ....

I've read on here before that many people remove fuse 22 from their car. I'm not sure if this is only on the v8v as I don't have an aston.

Seen a ew clips on youtube with the fuse removed and the rumble on idle revs sounds much crisper and louder.

Go for a quicksilver super sports. Search on youtube and you will find several videos. I think the quicksilver fits the character of the car more than the larini does. You could always add sport cats as well.

Just take the fuse out and leave it alone. The Larini sounds poor by the way.

Agreed. I took the Larini off mine and put the stock exhaust back on, sans fuse 22.
