Hi guys, currently in second month of ownership of DB9 and really enjoying it.
I have finally got the ipod working but was wondering if there was a way for the tracks to appear as they would on the album, ie in the order they originally appear on the album. Currently when I select an album, the tracks are listed in alphabetical order which i find a little confusing when searching fro a particular track which i remember being say track 5. Is this the only way the ipod lists them? I can't seem to find any options on the menu's to chnage this.
Thanks

There's a couple of things here. When the ipod was first brought out on aston there was an issue with alphabetical order appearing on the screen. I believe a reflash of the ipod module or ICM fixed this. If the car is only a couple of months old though this sounds a little bit more like potential user error I'm afraid. When you select artist it lists the albums from them. There is then the option to select 'all' or a specific album (even if there is only one album by that artist on your ipod). If you select 'all' then it will list the tracks alphabetically. If you select album it will list the tracks in original order.
Might be worth retrying.

There are some kits out there that can be retrofitted that will enable ipod integration and also better bluetooth functionaltiy. Some plug in using the existing car systems, others work seperately but still come through the car speakers. Might not be as slick as the 08my system but it'll work.

I may well look into that, thanks. I Wouldn't consider it though if It entails plugging into the lighter socket, with visible cables.
