Like an utter idiot I managed to scrape my front bumper today. Argggggggg!!!!

only had the car a couple of weeks, was just turning it around to hoover the passenger side and caught it on a post......man I am still fuming with myself!

Anyway enough of my ramblings.....

Anyone had their front bumper resprayed? if yes, how much was it? (just trying to work out what to expect to pay)

Thanks
Pete

Great thanks for the details. Have a local man I will speak to first but mainly wanted to get a rough expectation on pricing. Cheers

I got a quote once I'd scraped the bottom of mine coming out of a garage (again within a week of ownership - doh!), think it was in the £450-500 range from an AM dealer

I did this a couple of months ago and WORKS SERVICE think I will need the skirt replacing at a cost of circa £4500
The local main agent is going to get a guy in to do it when it goes in for service for £100, so will let you know how it goes

Local spray shop quoted 170 to repair the damage I made. Its only a scrape about an inch long but will require the bumper to be repaired and then the paint to be done.

A friend owns a garage and he recommended him as, I quote 'he is not cheap but he is good'. Will be done next week!
