V8V emission codes again (after O2 sensor replacement)

I have the “Emission Systems Service” and “Check Engine” lights back on again. I put a code reader on it and got:

P0133 O2 circuit slow response – Bank 1, Sensor 1

This is the exact same code I was getting before both O2 sensors were replaced just a month ago. Anyone else had this recur after replacing the O2 sensors? What else could it be?

Does the code reader support datalogger functions? If so you can watch the oxy sensors fluctuating. I one stops for a while then you know it's faulty.
