Pairing Phone with Tracker 07MY

OK all I picked up my new (to me anyhow) 07MY V8V. I'll tell you more about this later, pics and all.
It turns out the Tracker fob has run out of battery!!!
So I would like to pair up my phone, unfortunately I don't have the Tracker Manual which explains how to do this. I've looked at the Aston Martin Tracker site yesterday and phoned them (they were closed and not open today). My dealer is having a day off today and is being covered by Lamborghini sales - who can't help.
Can any of you...?
Please PM me so I we can get in touch. I need to use the car all week commuting so not able to call tracker between 9-5:30 from the car. I don't understand why they can't be open on weekends.
I suppose one question is... can I even pair a device without either a dealer or eurotrack?
