This is a strange one.

I have none of the usual symptoms of a slipping clutch etc. However, each time I have a "spirited" launch i get no wheelspin at all, even with traction switched off. Instead I get a nose full of clutch burn.. Not good.
At no stage to I feel the clutch slipping. Nor the wheels spinning. My question is this; shouldnt I be feeling a little bit of wheelspin? I should add they are all new tyres.

Is this a sign of good grip, a worn clutch, or neither?
Obviously I'm not going to try this too much. I have noticed it twice now.

This is usually the first signs of clutch slip, the V8 Vantage does not usually start to slip on pull away like most cars until the clutch is quite worn, but as you describe easy to test, on a good straight open road where the speed limit allows, driving at 60 drop a gear and accelerate as if going to overtake, this is the point where the clutch will slip if it is getting towards the end of it's life,

Another cause is if you only partially drop the clutch with high revs. Playing silly buggers with the wife in a Z4 next to me at some traffic lights I got the same, if not notably worse, than I get when reversing up a hill on full lock.

Hadn't happened before and hasn't happened since.

I have had this when I have done standing starts at the wrong revs, where the clutch just rides and burns. I typically think is is user error, to little or too much revs, too much traction or something like this.

My manual car has developed a small judder when taking up drive in reverse and first, also when moving off quickly it can jerk quite a lot. I had an electronics problem the other day (new fuse box now, due to water in it some how). This has happened since then. Not sure if it is to do with the clutch or the throttle map, or signs of my clutch is on its way out. I have tried Ricks test and all is fine with no slipping. Has anyone else had this?

As you've been gone an hour and a half I assume the grin factor of driving your Aston got the better of you wink

Almost. I got pretty carried away..

No perceptible slip at 60mph. I'm obviously just not letting the clutch out fully from a standstill. Not that I'm going to practice it given I wear the clutch if it doesn't work, and the tyres if it does.

When my clutch went, it was slipping between about 2000 and 3500 rpm - it would set off normally and then the friction would be lost and the revs would shoot up before the clutch got friction again.
