South East Meet

Hi all, I am thinking a lunchtime Sunday meet in October for us Southern PH Astoneer's might be fun. Or for those further afield if they wish to travel. I am thinking the Woodman in Ide Hill, but would confirm with the landlord if I get any interest. Happy to consider other venues. The Rose and Crown Dunton Green was an old favourite of the TVRCC with good parking and good grub.

Very informal, just a get together of like minded souls talking boll**s and a bit of lunch if you want, and if there is enough support, maybe a regular meet/drive out in the future.

All Aston's welcome and I am not trying to undermine local Amoc meets, but I know there are a lot of owners on here who are not Amoc members.

I really dont want it to get complicated but if anyone out there maybe interested just let me know.

Well thats an encouraging early response, thanks guys and gals. I am going to pitch for the 17th October provisionally at The Woodman Ide Hill. I will confirm this is ok with the owner/landlord when I have a better idea of numbers.

I will also arrange a parking space for tonyhall38 in the furthest darkest corner of the car park.

If you mean Brad Pitt look alike Nick Smith, ncs, he will be more than welcome ..... in an Aston. Trying to keep this our 1st, as a one marque meet. If there is enough interest to form a regular informal "club" then I cant see any reason not to invite other marques in the future. Really need to guage the interest, if any.
