Hi all

My first post in the AM section as I have a deposit down on a MY07 onyx black V8V. Pictures to follow of course!

The car is currently fitted with the 19" anthracite 7 spoke alloys and although they actually look pretty good on the car, I personally prefer the look of the standard finish silver. It seems a shame to get them refurbed as they are unmarked so I was wondering whether anyone was looking to change their standard silver alloys for the anthracite and therefore we could help each other out?

Any other suggestions as to the simplest way to go about changing them over would be appreciated. Going to Aston and buying a new set is not really an option!

I was originally looking for anthracite wheels but settled for what you want on my recent 07 v8v purchase. I was made aware that there were a couple of shades available so are yours the lighter or darker ones?

Hi Waitsey

I wasn't aware there were two shades! I can try and find out the colour if you like or send a pic over. Can you drop me a PM and we can go from there? They are anthracite and not black if that makes any difference?

Hi,

I am selling the standard 7 spoke alloys in mint condition after buying the new 5 spoke ones. I tried to PM you but don't know if it worked. Let me know if you are interested. I'm sure it will be a costless exercise for you as I bet you could sell yours for at least the same you get mine for!

Just get them powder coated ~£60 per wheel
I had some gun metal Volks which I hated the colour of.
I had them powder coated with black on the inside (makes them real easy to clean and keeps them looking tidy)
The front face was smoked chrome.
The finish is a lot more durable than the factory finish!
