I am currently in the process of selling my 2007 Tungesten V8 with a Larini installed. I don't think modifications add any value to resale it seems and I am considering maybe selling the exhaust seperatly. How much would a mint system that has only done say 600 miles be worth? If I can sell it off seperatly it frees up extra money towards my next car anyway but don't want to take it off if it isn't worth it!

Hi Waz

Sadly I cant answer your query but instead have one for you of my own. Please excuse my ignorance.......................I've heard these are good systems and would welcome your comments on what difference it makes to the car?

Thanks

Jay

Hi Waz,

Where are you in Scotland ? I would be happy to do a deal with you and have sent you an email to confirm.

Cheers,
Ian.

Should be able to get £500. I did when I sold my last few cars with Larini exhaust

Definitely sell separately.

I'd stick it on eBay with a reserve of 500 quid. I would have thought half list would be achievable.

Thanks to all the guys who emailed me and posted with regards to this. I was thinking circa £1k is acheivable. I am looking to drop the price of my Aston by £1k so thought I would remove the exhaust to compensate smile

On a side note, it is the best thing I have had on my car. Doesn't drone at all on the motorway or when crusing but when you floor it nothing touches it in my opinion. I just need to decide if I want to change for a Turbo, GT3 or a R8 now frown Anyone gone (or come from) an Aston to one of these.

To be honest Waz, asking £1000 for your used Larini exhaust (and a also asking for the standard exhaust in exchange for your car) is rather too much IMHO.

Good luck with your new purchase...

Cheers,
Ian
