Great photos Mike! Your roadster looks fantastic. I'll have to try and find some scenery like yours and get some pics done next week smile

Is that the 08 one that's currently up for sale? I am very very very tempted to 'copy' you but with a yellow wrap on an otherwise boring coloured roadster, it looks simply stunning, very jealous!

P.S. If you want to put up more pictures, I won't be complaining wink

No, it's definitely NOT for sale! It's Aston's Sunburst Yellow which is, or was, a special order colour. There are more pics on pp 10 and 14 (on my laptop anyway) of http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

Thanks Mike, and yes, it looks almost blinding in the sun! cool

Haha, yes Sunburst Yellow is a special order still although it is listed in the brochure so of course there are likely to be a couple of them around.

Just took a look at the pictures, it looks absolutely amazing - you have almost single-handedly made me choose what my next car is; your yellow V8V Roadster is absolutely glorious.

The 08 one is at Christopher Neils just down the road from me.
I occasionally see it on test drives.
Been there a while as it is over priced IMHO.

Tell you what were it a 4.7 with everything else the same, even at that money I would be very very very very tempted. (Edited to add, still very tempted to go drive it, see and think about offering some low amount wink Shame it's so far north, not so easy to do)

What do we make of this colour:

Colour is a very personal choice, but I don't like that.

Colours other than Black, Grey or Silver do go for a lot less because less people want them.
Hamish recently got a Glacial Blue with Sandstorm interior for ~£10k less then a "Silver" car.
Fair play to him - looks nice!
If that yellow one was ~6 months younger it would be a 4.7, then at that price it would be about right.
I've noticed that red one before. Unusual in that is has a red roof as well.
