door wont open?

hi the drivers door has stoped opening from the inside. It opens ok from the outside, passenger door opens and closes, locks and unlocks ok as well. Just when youre in the drivers seat the inside handle wont unlock or open the door?

Happened to mine (on passenger side) recently after the dealer's bodyshop did a warranty paint job to both door handles. Apparently there is a cable connecting the handle to the door lock mechanism that had come adrift (presumably by being re-assembled poorly). A 10 min job to fix once I took the car back.

I assume once the interior panel is removed it's easy to do - perhaps Rick at DMS can advise.

Thanks for your reply. I've taken the door handle off and indeed the wire had just slipped out. All sorted now!
